Q: How can I buy original paintings and prints?

You can explore the available original paintings here and contact me at hello@mireiaplanas.com if you’d like to purchase one. I’ll arrange the best shipping option for your location. Payment for both the artwork and shipping is made before dispatch.


Paintings are usually shipped rolled in a tube, but if you’d prefer it stretched or framed, just let me know and I’ll see what I can do for you.

For prints, you can simply purchase them directly here through my online shop.

Q: Are all artworks original?
A: Yes. All paintings are original pieces created by me in my studio.

Q: Can I commission a painting?
A: Occasionally, yes. I accept a small number of commissions each year.
If you’d like to create something special together, please contact me with your idea o fill the form here.

Q: Do you ship internationally? What are the shipping options and costs?
A: Yes! I ship worldwide from Barcelona.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: It depends on the carrier I work with. As soon as the piece is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and the estimated delivery time.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Mireia Planas Art which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact me at hello@mireiaplanas.com with your name and order number, and I will check it for you.

Q: Can I pick up my artwork in person?
A: If you live near Sant Cugat, we can arrange a local pickup. Just let me know before completing your order.

Q: How are artworks packaged?
A: All originals and prints are carefully packaged and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes to ensure safe delivery. Each piece includes a Certificate of Authenticity signed by me.

 

Q: Are originals shipped rolled or stretched?
A: Original paintings are usually rolled and shipped in tubes for protection.


However, if you arrange an in-person pick-up, your artwork will be delivered mounted on its stretcher bars, not rolled.

 

Q: Can I receive my original stretched if I live abroad?
A: Yes — if you’re ordering internationally and prefer your canvas stretched instead of rolled, please contact me at hello@mireiaplanas.com and we’ll arrange the best shipping option for you.

 

Q: Do you offer framing for prints?
A: Yes. Framing for prints can be arranged individually. Just email me at hello@mireiaplanas.com to discuss your preferences and receive a quote.
