• Each artwork and print is described as accurately as possible. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have questions about a specific artwork before purchasing, please contact me at hello@mireiaplanas.com.

 

3. Prices & Taxes

• All prices are listed in euros (€).

• Applicable VAT (IVA) is included or shown at checkout, depending on the product type (originals or prints).

• The artist reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.​

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.

• Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and vary depending on the destination.​

• International buyers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

• As soon as your piece is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery time.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact me at hello@mireiaplanas.com with your name and order number.​

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of artworks, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of damage during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days at hello@mireiaplanas.com, including photos of the damage and your order number.
