"Shoreline after the Rain"

For "Shoreline after the Rain" , I wasn’t really sure what kind of landscape I wanted. I just knew I would use those colors and textures. I was searching for serenity, and I thought of a beach I once visited in Tenerife, a very quiet place where it felt like we were the only ones in the world. It was as if the place had been abandoned, yet we weren’t entirely alone, because we had each other. I guess that’s the feeling I was after.
